Location and cleanliness. Conner at the front desk was very helpful
Negatives:
The lady who checked us in was not as friendly as Conner and offered no flexibility for a checkout at noon
We had cleaning crew knocking on our door before 11 then right before 11 we asked for 5 minutes as we were trying to resolve a personal issue and they were back in 3 minutes. Not the service I have received from Hyatt and lean not going back to this hotel because of it
