This was our second year staying at Park City Peaks in December. Once again, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the exceptional customer service stood out. The staff was not only welcoming and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home.
The amenities are truly impressive, especially for the price. The steam room, hot tub, and sauna were highlights of our stay—spotlessly clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. After a long day, these facilities were the perfect way to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping everything organized and pristine.
The entire property reflects a standard of cleanliness and order that’s hard to find even in higher-priced establishments. Whether you’re in your room, the lobby, or the wellness areas, everything is thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean.
The shuttle service to Park City Mountain is top tier. It made our days stress free and comfortable.
For the value, it’s honestly a steal. You get the comfort, luxury, and service of a much more expensive hotel at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or even just a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return!

The pool is awesome. Has indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The wet and dry saunas were nice. Had complimentary hot chocolate and cookies available in the evening.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't the greatest selection. My main complaint was the ice machines didn't work. One was out of order, the other you had to put your hand in front of the sensor to make it dispense. Even then it only spit out a small cup of ice. Had to go to the 3rd floor (from the 1st) to get a decent ice machine
