Positives:
The building inside was clean. The staff were so friendly and cheerful. The room was pleasant. There was no fee for our two dogs, which was very nice.
Negatives:
The property is under construction. Nowhere was I informed of this. I use a walker and we had to use the side door. There weren’t many parking places. There were no handicap parking spaces available, which I think isn’t actually legal. It was a struggle to open the heavy side door with my walker. I then had to pull the cart, with my walker on it, clear back to the heavy side door, struggle to open it and push the cart through. There was only a narrow piece of plywood over the curb and my walker and the luggage cart got stuck on the gaps. There was a thick cord across the pavement just before the unsteady piece of plywood. This is not a handicap friendly hotel while under construction. We looked up hotels to try to find another place because this was so daunting to me, but there was a college football game that night and everything suitable was sold out.

Negatives:
They were doing an entire remodel and didn't tell you that when you booked. I had to find a side entrance to even get in, I was woken up at 7am by the construction workers banging directly out my window. And when I say directly- I couldn't even open my blinds as workers were 2 ft outside my window and could see in. I was on the 2nd floor. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. They should not be charging full price for rooms when they are under construction and don't even advertise that. The girl at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. I have never had such a terrible experience.
