Negatives:
When I checked in they gave me the wrong room and I had to go back down and tell them to get the room I reserved. Not sure how they didn't know which rooms people reserve, I think that's ridiculous. They probably gave me someone else's room first which would've messed up their reservation as well as mine if I didn't go down to the desk. Room wasn't clean, there were bugs and spiders everywhere and hair. The towels were also not clean and the lock on our room didn't work which was unsettling especially in the neighborhood we were in. Definitely wasn't worth what I payed for it and I would never stay there again.

I got a room that was flooded with water, the noise to clean up was loud, the fans in the hallway were loud and right by my door, the smell from the flood leaked into my room, no heater it was a cold room, I was told I can check out at 1 and then I got a call saying I have to check out 12. Parking lot is very small, I had a uhaul. More than 1 room was flooding with water.
