Our flight was delayed so we didn't get into Salt Lake City until after midnight, we were exhausted and the awesome young lady that checked us in did so quickly so we could get to the room and sleep!

Staff didn’t do room service for hours even though we asked early in the morning then we had to ask again and so they did the room service but had left our room door open for who knows how many hours. Luckily nothing was missing from our belongings but it’s unprofessional to leave the door open for hours. Will not be back.
