Nothing stands out; maybe that there was a dog park across the street
Negatives:
It felt sketchy even though it wasn’t in a sketchy place. There were only a few cars in the parking lot on a holiday weekend which was odd to me. The first room they assigned me had a door that wouldn’t latch. The second room had a door that stuck so you had to push really hard to open or pull hard to close it. There was just something about the whole place that felt odd/uncomfortable.

The rooms are nice and did look like the pictures. But there was no note of construction.

Should have been made available that it is under construction I was put by the room where they was doing all construction, so very loud. It stated they had a pool which they didn't. It wasn't done yet. Kids was really let down. As well as myself.

We stayed in an updated room and we were very happy with it! The updates were well done and gave it a fun, modern vibe. The rooms were a great size and we loved the oversized "kitchenette" which was perfect for packing lunches to explore all Salt Lake City and Utah has to offer. There's an off leash dog park right across the street which was very nice to let our dog out in the morning and before bed. There were a number of breweries/pubs with dog friendly patios within walking distance to grab a quick bite and a drink after a long day hiking/biking/trail running.
Negatives:
The hotel is right off the highway so there can be quite a bit of traffic. We were disappointed that the pool and hottub were closed for renovation while we were there but if they are done as well as the rest of the motel it will be worth it!

The hotel was under construction, no locks on outside doors, loud rooms and bad smells. A/C unit squealled all night. Beds are super uncomfortable. Wish I would have known that it was under construction before I booked the room.
