Positives:
We must especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Whether it was handling a larger amount of luggage, late check-out, advice on where to go for a good dinner in town, or the care during the breakfast buffet. The hotel also has a very good location near the city tram station and offers parking.
Negatives:
The mattress was a bit worn out, and the constantly blinking light from the fire alarm on the ceiling right above the bed was distracting.

Positives:
Close to SCL Airport, 15 mins drive. Room is clean and comfy. Besides a queen bed, also a queen size sofa bed; good to fit a family with 3 adults. Breakfast is good.

Negatives:
Our room hasn't been clean during our stay (2 nights) so i asked why at the reception and they told me that I have had to request for it ! How could i guess ? Apparently the "nice" lady at the C/in totally forget to tell us about that ! Too bad !!
At the C/out the staff really don't care about us : no questions regarding our stay etc... Just "ok bye" !
