Positives: How the staff was able to help change our room. Our first room was not a desirable room to be in.

Negatives: This is a poor motel. We were put into a room that was used for people who were there only to do drugs. There were issues with the bed being broken to where it sagged on one side and the toilet didnt work.

Negatives: This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at, the room was dirty, the bed cover had fresh stains on them. There was a pill in the heater vent and no toilet paper in the bathroom.
