Negatives: Mainly the cockroaches they were bad the drugs and prostitution definitely not what family place . It is a good place if you want to not be bothered & if you have a drug habbit you are in the right place as from watching the working ladies and the drug deals go down and the breaking into vehicles. You definitely need to make sure you are prepared just incase one of the Crack heads just walks into your room as you just walked in Dat down the luggage and went to use the rest room. This motel should be condemned as the walls a coated with meth and every other drug that can be smoked is in every room . It's a health hazard . And it posses a threat to our communities as it is next to a historical land mark that children go to for activities. As they do not need to see the negative side of things as needles and empty dope sacks are In the weeds under bushes people sleeping on the park strip in the fields . The place needs to be condemned fir the greater good of the community. If you support drugs and prostitution and turn a blind eye to the trafficked people along with blue fentonayl pills heroin canibis methamphetamine cocaine then you have gone to the correct arm pit of midvale / Murray As the Royal is is just the same almost just minus the cock roaches . These were nice places years ago until our communities lost their morals and their back bone to stand uo against this kind of filth

Negatives: We got to the property pretty late and people walking around and so much a guy came out of his room and started making his way towards my husband and I, IMMEDIATELY DIDN’T FEEL SAFE. Once we got to our room, people on the stairs blocking people going in and out because they are too busy trying to get blowjobs on the stairwells. Once we reached our floor and room, our “front door” was destroyed as if someone broke in. Once inside, our room was absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the door as if someone punched through and multiple damages made to the room prior to us staying there. There was a blood like stain all over the curtain/blinds and on the walls. The shower looked absolutely dreadful. The shower alone was black, I wore slippers our entire stay. We would have checked out early and found other accommodations if it were refundable, in which it wasn’t because upon check in, we were told it’s a $100 deposit which is ridiculous for how GHETTO the property is AND our stay was non-refundable. Due to our stay being non-refundable, we decided to push thru every single red flag we had. If I could, I’d give the property, staff & everything else in between less than one star, I would in a heart beat. Honestly absolutely nothing about this property was to like. Literally the ghetto, the staff was rude upon check in and banged on our door like they were w the Feds when it was 10:30am on our check out date, not even 11:00am when the scheduled check out time. I’d understand more if it were 11am and we still hadn’t vacated our room. PLEASE FIND ACCOMMODATIONS ELSEWHERE!!!!
