Positives:
The atmosphere of the place was really cool. There were a lot of places to hang out and the WiFi was above average for a hotel. Parking was street parking but there was plenty available.
Negatives:
I arrived early for my check-in and there was no one at the front desk for more than 15 minutes. Once someone did arrive I was told my room was still dirty and would have to wait until closer to the check-in time. Fine, no problem there. There was plenty of space to sit and work with pretty good WiFi. The issues started when I got into my room. The wide hooks they have to hang you stuff from had a layer of dust on them and the HVAC receiver was CAKED in dust. I was constantly sneezing while in the room. The WORST part was the room had no heat, while the outside temps were in the 20s. I asked about it and was told that my whole row of rooms did not have heat and that they had just given out the last small heater. I was offered an extra comforter for the bed, which helped but did not make up for the lack of actual heat. This combined with concrete floors and a shower with no door on it made for a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.

The best amenities for anyone who wants to climb or workout while traveling. They are also very dog friendly!
Negatives:
The whole area is under construction so it can be very loud. There is also a lot of homelessness nearby, so walking around a night is a little sketchy.

Great place to stay if into yoga wall climbing etc. Very helpful staff.
Negatives:
Homeless reside in paddock opposite- was threatened by an unwell person when walking back from the town area. No fridge in rooms. Needed to continually replace ice in the ice bucket provided. Very simple fix to include a small bar fridge in each room.

Interesting remake of granary as accommodation
Positives:
I liked the idea of it and the aesthetic. Drinks were good at the bar and the bartender was sweet. Beds were comfy and the Bouldering Project is cool. Front desk manager text me after I responded with a low rating to their text review and refunded me $25.
Negatives:
Front desk staff were rude and I felt super uncomfortable there. There is no hotel parking, only street parking. The area around it is rundown and didnt feel safe - pictures didnt reflect the full picture. I couldnt stand up to get in the bed in the rafter room. Im 58 and had to crawl in from the foot of the bed. Cool concept but not functional.

Really cool vibe here! Very unique hotel experience. The rooms wrap around the fitness room and MASSIVE bouldering gym! Really fun to just sit at the balcony and watch people climb.
Negatives:
The location isn't the best.. the surrounding areas are a bit sketchy at night, and not much to walk to for dinner, etc. The Slackwater pizza across the street though is quite good!
