After Monday, Jun 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-06-16 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Negatives: Room was very dirty. Filthy tub, cracking paint, holes in the walls, food remnants in fridge. Construction made ot almost impossible to find the entrance. There were police outside apprehending car theirs. Pictures online did not match the actual site.

Negatives: First 30 minutes of check in, didn't use the toilet but wanted to make sure it worked. Toilet didn't flush, told the front desk, and was told maintenance won't be in until Monday. Was given a plunger to unclog the toilet myself. When that didn't work, front desk finally gave me a new room. Never again
