I was unhappy with my room as I booked for 5 ppl and the room accommodated 4. I spoke to reception who called the manager of the day, Sidney Kaufusi. She refused to speak to me or do anything to help. My only option was to contact Booking.com - who were useless.

The location was great for what we were doing.

They gave us the wrong room and said they would have to charge us more to give us the room for which I had a confirmed reservation. And the beds are AWFUL!!!! The most uncomfortable hotel beds Ive slept on.

Not very clean. Floors in hallways and elevator were dirty. Room smell very musty. Beds were good; spring mattress was just okay. Very spartan service. Orange juice machine was broken.
