Great hotel, but an unfortunately an unfortunate choice of horrible bark doors for the bathroom. They barely close all the way, they open almost on their own and you can hear EVERYTHING from both directions.

The staff was very professional and attentive. The breakfast was just right. Everything about the location was fantastic, especially for someone participating in the Drop13 Half Marathon. Nothing in particular could have been any better. The whole stay was as good as it gets. Thanks one and all.

The hotel and the surrounding area looked quite attractive from the outside. What we then experienced in the hotel had nothing to do with a well-run hotel. The fact that you can't open the windows is something you could accept (very bad air in the room).
However, what we experienced on the second day had nothing to do with a hotel. We booked an expensive suite and can expect the suite to be cleaned and housekeeping to be done. This was not the case and the lady at reception explained to me on the day of departure that it was our own fault. We consider this behavior towards a guest to be highly inappropriate.
Since your hotel did not provide the services you paid for, you can expect a completely different behavior from the staff at the reception! The lady was also unfriendly.
