I was traveling with my service dog and the pet area was the best I have ever seen!
Negatives:
When I arrived tired after driving 8 hours late at night, the computers were down and they did not have an alternate way of knowing which room I was to be in. The desk person called her manager and the response was to call the computer network help desk. It took over 30 minutes before she was able to identify which room I was in and still could not provide me a room key card. She had to open the room and I had to keep it ajar while I got the stuff out of my truck that I needed.
