I had reserved 2 queen beds for my party when I got there they had overbooked and I had a I king bed to sleep 5 terrible after a long day of driving they did not ask my permission to do this -

TNo airport shuttle after 11pm. Our flight arrived at 11:30 pm.smenities lists airport shuttle. The exclusion has to be read on website "about our hotel". Room was clean but there was an odor.

Also had coffee snd lemon water ready for us that early!
