I have stayed here over 20 times in the past 15 years. Always with fabulous results. This time was a wash. I will never go back.
Negatives:
The front desk clerk, Robin (she would not give her last name) was terrible. Okay at initial contact, but hostile after seeing I booked through Booking.com.
I was not given the Executive King rooms I booked and paid for, but rather standard king bed rooms.
When I told her of the discrepancy, she became very hostile. We could not change or cancel reservations, as they were sold out. She said that’s what I get for reserving with a 3rd party, so too bad.
It was awful.
