Our room was a suite which was nice for relaxing. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and we found it easily in the downtown area. It was centrally located so it was easy to get to the concert venue.

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

Weird how you have to request housekeeping stayed there for 4 nights and never got any housekeeping.Asked staff for pool towels but no one Eve brought them up.And not sure why a day after why my card is still pending.Some of the breakfast was cold at times

The fact that there was no house keeping. We had kids and would have benefited from trash pickup, vacuuming and more towels. We had to request it and we were told housekeeping wasn't available.

The room smelled so strong of paint and kind of like a dirty sock smell. Even when we opened the windows, a crack and tried to air it out, it wouldn't go away, which gave me a migraine headache. The bathroom door wouldn't shut or latch the carpet was coming up from the bathroom part but mainly it was the smell was awful and the TV was set in a weird position where you couldn't even watch it from the bed or the couch unless you go and turn the whole thing yourself. We ended up calling and getting a different hotel room for the next night at the Hyatt, which ended up being really nice. Hopefully, not all the rooms are like that. We just might have got unlucky.
