Positives: Rooms, hotel in general were clean.

Negatives: The elevator didn't work so my wife and I had to walk to the north end to use the elevator or walk up six floors. No room service, we had to use the same dirty towels and wash clothe for three days. Sausage ran out at breakfast, replaced with bacon instead of more sausage. Never in my years have I had to pay for parking at a hotel. Had to find parking on the street. Outsiders and guest can park at your hotel for a fee. Although I spent hundreds of dollars more then they did, I still have to pay.

Positives: Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Negatives: We didn’t like after a very long and tiring trip that our room was not ready and after a wait of 30 minutes we asked for another room. The staff did this for us with no problems. The other thing is, it says there is a restaurant, but it’s just a franchise takeaway set up, but the food was good.
