Gym was a bit basic, staff very surly. Not even a smile from the front desk. Not even asked whether I’d enjoyed my stay. Waitress, one of the rudest person I’ve come across in a hotel, telling me she didn’t understand in a rude manner and did this multiple times when I ordered something from her, rather than asking me to repeat what I’d said, also with a real attitude. I told her that I speak English not a foreign language.

Breakfast was outstanding! By far the most satisfying, elegant and delicious hotel breakfast I have had in a long time-this includes travel in Europe. And at a reasonable price. Also the staff are excellent and friendly.

Positives:
This property is so beautiful the room was very spacious. We were upgraded to a suite which had a living area and bedroom which was very nice as we were visiting family so they could come up to room and catch up with us.
The location was great with easy access to restaurants and night life. Valet parking was convenient courteous and prompt.
Negatives:
Not their fault but there is road construction right outside of property they could use better clear signage for entrance to hotel parking
