We were sent to Elements next door - The rooms were very clean and well appointed with lots of amenities .nice view of downtown . A really nice lounge where we could sit and watch tv , relax and watch the rain .
Negatives:
When we arrived we were told the hotel overbooked - so we were sent to another hotel - we were told there was a free breakfast and complimentary beer and wine in afternoon- that never materialized ; the bar closed right as we arrived on Tuesday night ; and the rooftop bar which was heavily advertised was closed for private reception both nights we stayed .

Paid parking is always annoying. 40 bucks to park is a totally unnecessary added fee and the only negative of the stay.

Decent but not worth the cost

The location was great. It was nice to be within walking distance from all the downtown shopping. Definitely more of an adult setting with the bar/nightclub in the hotel.

I prepaid for my hotel room but still had a $273 hold placed on my account for several days. $273 is more than what I paid for the room. I wasn't told that this hold would be placed. I noticed it when I checked my account.
