Positives:
The room was spacious and comfortable, furnished with a desk and a large sofa. The bed was fantastic, providing a comfortable sleep, and the blanket kept me warm throughout the night. The air conditioning was easy to use and worked perfectly during my entire stay. I found it rare and greatly appreciated that the front desk was always open, especially for a two-star hotel.
Negatives:
The lift smell is unpleasant. Sometimes, I decided to use the stairs to avoid this unpleasant disturbance. This was not a real inconvenience since his usage can be easily avoided.

Can't think of anything. One thing that would help people that are especially poor financially would be to allow and even encourage persons to share a room for a lower price. This could be done very inexpensibly through the registration process. In traditional hostels there's a communalkitchen where people from other cultures can interact . This happens almost always .

Beds are uncomfortable, wasn't the cleanest but it was tolerable. The grounds around it are filthy and lots of homeless people hang about around the building and in the parking lot around your vehicles. The keys locks don't work very good and on some of the stair entrances not at all which was really inconvenient when the elevator quit working. Way to pricey for the room and bed quality and for the state of the property in general along with the extra unpaying guest.

When I arrived to check in, I was greeted by a very not well speaking English front desk lady. She informed me I booked a "casey" room. I asked 3 times what they was, and all I got was ill show . I finally said it better not be a shared room. I refuse to put ny 16 year old son in a room with strangers. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and said, "Then why did you book it. She said that several times. I informed her several times I didn't book a shared room. I booked a double queen room with an upgrade room if available. She insisted I booked the shared room, and that's what I was getting, and she could not change it. I was furious and called booking.com. the lovely lady from booking.com called the hotel and was immediately put on hold, but the front desk clerk. The clerk was on the phone with the mngr. I'm assuming and got my rooms switched finally. The front desk clerk said she spoke to the booking agency and fixed it. This was a flat lie. The lady from booking.com was still on hold. She never spoke to her until almost 6 minutes later. When she finally took the call, she refused to give the agent her name and cooperate with her on the phone call. The front desk clerk was rude, lied, disrespectful to me and the problem and completely ruined my night. I know what I booked. I had proof, and she refused to hear it. Just plain mean. I did end up in my double queen room, but it was not because of her it was because of whoever she called told her to fix it. I had also asked this lady where to do laundry, and if i could get change. I explained I needed enough quarters for 2 loads. That's $8.50 according to the price chart they had posted. She says I'll give you 2 dollars worth. I said no, that's not even enough to do 1 load. She gave me 4 dollars worth. So i had to to dig in my purse for more. Then, she sent me to the 3rd floor, and the laundrey services were on the 1st floor. At this point, i felt like she was just screwing with me.
