Disappointing
Positives:
I had to get a room because I had surgery the next day and the drive was too far away.
It looked sketchy with druggies in the parking lot. Apparently there were a few broken down cars in the lot.
Did get a ground floor room, close to parking as requested.
The door to the room did have multiple locks. Price was at least double what it was worth.
Negatives:
Room was filthy around edges,long black hairs in shower and on shower curtain. Pubic hairs around toilet. None of this was seen until shower in the morning.

The smell and lights not working wires were cut. Early in the morning you had window people bang and making noise could not sleep.

We had an issue with the first and second room offered. The third bedroom was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the room is nice. I appreciated the free parking as well.

They were quick and helpful. Friendly as well $100 deposit was refunded upon checkout and they were helpful.

Some loud tenants were up all night also some tenants nodding off in the parking lot

The location was great for what we were in SLC for ... Grand Children's College Graduation (Grandson and his Wife).
Eating out was great ... Microwave and refrigerator were sufficient and useful. Cleaning ladies were very good and cleaned when and what we wanted. Receptionists' (Several) were extremely helpful in telling us where to go and how to get there (Cell Phone Help) EVERY TIME.
Negatives:
Room was very sparse and appeared to be "Under Construction".
Wiped my hand across table and it was VERY grainy (Dirt).
Had to exchange plugs EVERYTIME between Coffee Machine and TV.
The furniture was in very poor condition.
