Motel 6-Salt Lake City UT - West - Airport

Negatives: The mattress was a very poor quality and damaged internally. There was no soap, but the staff brought it quickly.

Negatives: In both rooms I had over the 3days the phone didn't work, neither one of the rooms were clean,no remote for t.v.and the shower doors were broken.in fact the first day the shower door fell off and almost shattered the glass.and no blankets in the rooms.all in all I would not stay at a motel 6again.

Negatives: Opened the door and immediately smelled pot/weed, which wasn't strong yet I could definitely smell it.. Then I turned around and discovered the TV was gone, I did take a Pic of the missing TV. Thought it was strange, it looked like it was taken out professionally and not just yanked off the wall.., it just wasn't very impressive.

Negatives: Door wouldn’t lock. TV didn’t work. No shades on the lights. Shower door wouldn’t close.

Negatives: Room has bad smell and not clean enough

Negatives: The cockroachs, dirty, only let the two of us have one towel to share, the employees and managers didn't do anything about the people above us making a lot of noise all night long so we didn't get any sleep, another person not even sure if she had a room at the motel parked her car right in front of our door in the middle of the night and started arguing with a gentleman outside our door and making a lot of noise going through her car and reorganizing it so my husband very politely asked her to please move her stuff on sidewalk and her car over to a parking spot away from our door and she punched him in the face for it, the motel manager was there when it happened and he didn't say or do anything about it. I asked for either a free night or a partial refund for everything we went through and he flat out refused that and didn't even apologize to me or my husband about anything.

Negatives: It was very dirty inside and out. There was writing on the out side walls. The inside of the room was white trash america. The wall fixtures had no lampshades on them. There were bums hanging out at the hotel. The grounds were very dirty. The whole place needs a facelift.

Negatives: The door to the room could not be locked. The door would not shut properly, letting in cold air and noise from the adjacent elevated freeway. Flimsy bed covers made for a cold, uncomfortable night. We were disturbed by noisy neighbors yelling and screaming in the next-door room.

Negatives: The shower was unusable. It was dirty and the finish was peeling on the inside of the shower. Also, found a bedbug in bed with me when I woke up. Wrapped it in a tissue and took it to the front desk when I checked out.
