Positives: Everything about the room was fine, clean, comfortable. What I want to applaud is the staff, who discovered I had left behind my backpack, which was full of necessary items. They informed me by phone of my mistake and went through many calls as I tried to figure out a way to get it back. The management was able to send it back to me safe and sound and I am profoundly grateful!!
