Excellent location. Easy access to major attractions. Three block from Temple Square. Just two blocks from East and West UTA Traux pickup terminals within free travel zone. Nicely appointed lobby with contemporary furniture. Excellent restaurant
Copper Canyon on site that serves hotel.
Negatives:
No concierge. Desk person I dealt with couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t solicit assistance from colleagues. Didn’t know where the visitors center was nor how the Traux line operated yet in the heart or the convention center. No shuttle service but two shuttles available only for airport personnel use to and from airport a 20 minute drive. Room was oddly furnished and arranged. Entry door to room and bathroom was damaged and under repair with spackling/ chalking chips still on hallway carpet and floor to room. No dresser. Amour was a mini. You couldn’t hang any dresses or pants. Lived out of our luggage for a three night stay. Four star rating a stretch.
