The adjoining room door was somehow unlocked and the guests next door entered our room in the middle of the night.
I left an item in the room and called the front desk, who assured me it would be investigated then never heard back.

Perfect location. Love the common spaces including restaurants. Room is very quiet. Servicing of rooms not completely reliable — other guests put towels in hallway to signal need for assistance.
Negatives:
Mattress is thin and low quality. My skin is allergic to the detergent they use on sheets. Restaurant food is hit or miss especially the breakfast. Such as frozen hash browns. Note that parking charge is additional. Elevator on left is often not working plus is shared with staff hauling stuff.
