Overcharge. For an earlier stay (8-9 September) the charge exceeded the Booking.com quote. When I pointed this out I was told an adjustment would be made for my next stay (night of 13 Sep). Actually, a separate booking was made showing that I had two rooms (one from Booking.com and one made by the hotel worker). When I pointed this out but it appears the Booking.com charge is now on my credit card though I paid for the second room prior to leaving the hotel. Double charge?

The property appeared to be a newer hotel but once you got to look closer, it was not very clean. Front desk staff had headphones on which isn’t very professional.
Negatives:
Our room was dirty. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean food off of the desk area and nightstands. The light switch in the bathroom was black and looked like it had never been wiped down. The sink still had toothpaste in it from the previous people as well. The tables at breakfast were also dirty as well as the chairs. My husband and I were not impressed.

Great staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast gal was awesome!! She even warmed up my tea for me, customer service at its best.
Negatives:
Sheets were not great. The surrounding area is asphalt, no green spaces at all. Convenient to the mall, no nature around this hotel.
