Positives:
The staff was very friendly, from the maids to the manager, they went out of their way to make you comfortable. The room was clean, bright and homey. It was quiet, even though the place was full.
Negatives:
They only drawback, the maid forgot the toilet paper, which in all fairness wasn't all that unexpected because we were early and they rushed to get us a room. When we called and explained it to the front desk, the promptly brought us one and apologized profusely.

Positives:
On the outside the hotel looks nice and is in a good location. The desk staff was very nice and polite.
Negatives:
The room was filthy and grimy. Layers of dirt on all surfaces. Ring around toilet, crusty sink and shower. Only one towel for a queen room. No blankets on bed only a dirty sheet which had hair and stains on it. Rats and cockroaches and people loitering.
