Clean, bright room, centrally located. Nice materials used throughout. Better than average breakfast. Large room with windows you could open. Friendly helpful staff. Never stayed at a TownePlace Suites before but will definitely look for them when traveling next.

We were in a room next to a nightclub. The band played very loudly until 2 am. You need to choose a room in the back on the east side, away from the street.

Positives:
Spotless property seems new though they are planning a renovation. Rooms are great. The location is good - there is a lot of road construction in the area as of the date we were there. Overall a fine hotel.
Negatives:
Parking is not free - in a lot around the corner from the hotel.
