Superb
Positives:
The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. We were only staying for the night.
Negatives:
1) The front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. She refused to be engaged in conversation, although there was no-one else waiting and two other people on staff. I used to be a Front Desk manager and I attempted to pass on knowledge of how to reduce the stress of a full hotel, she told me in no uncertain terms that she was not interested.
2) I booked on your website which states that there are microwaves in the room. We plan to enjoy popcorn while watching a movie. There was not one in the room. We were already in our PJ's and did not want to venture down to the lobby as there were a number of young adults staying in the hotel.

Nice location, clean room. Nice pool and jacuzzi, nice complimentary breakfast and coffee options on demand.
Negatives:
The room itself and staff were nice, only issue I had was upon check in. We arrived late due to flight delay I had notified the staff I would be coming in around midnight, upon arrival I am told by the night clerk that I have already been checked in.
Due to it being late they were unable to give me a room despite already charging my card the full 3 night stay, I had to call around and thankfully got a room for the night at another place and was told my room would be ready in the morning after cleaning.
Still waiting for the balance to be refunded as payed for 3 nights but only stayed 2 due to someone or clerical error saying I checked in while I was still on the plane headed to said hotel.
