#1, the staff. Very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to see they made the bed daily and serviced the room. Good location and close to amenities. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. In many places I’ve stayed, there’s always something wrong with the bathroom. A sketchy bathroom will always earn a poor rating
