Positives:
We didn’t stay there and stayed at the hotel next door. The front desk clerk checked us in as she watched us walk out of the facility KNOWING we were not staying there. We didn’t even make it past the front desk.
Negatives:
Nothing. The general manager said he would not refund us the money they charged us KNOWING WE DID NOT STAY THERE and told me I’d have a better chance contacting guest relations for my refund.

It was nice being able to just get there and get checked in without being given a hard time about anything. The guy that checked us in could have been a bit more kind and when speaking with me, but at least we didn't have to surrender my first born in order to get it done smoothly.

If there wasnt someone elses hair stuck to all of the "clean" towels in the bathroom that woulda been nice.

The manager was honest about the poor condition of the hotel.

Ist rm-garb & cig. butts on floor. Not cleaned at all. 2nd rm- hair & toothpaste in sink, sticky tables,fecus on bathroom floor. Spoke to mngr he said thats normal & worse w/other rms/ not enough staff.
