Positives: When I got there the night person was amazing . Clean bed

Negatives: Morning not so much . Brushed off my concerns about the bathrooms less than clean state “ I will Let the house keepers know “. There has been hair left in the tub and a pony tail on the shampoo bottle - shower gel was empty. Not comfortable bed.
