I had my service dog. She’s hypoallergenic and very clean but even if she weren’t, the staff understood as I’m a 100% disabled veteran. Most hotels get so afraid and try to charge me more. Of course, then I have to remind them of the ADA. The staff were educated on the ADA.

Quiet location. It was in a business district away from the interstate traffic noise, but close to what we needed. I like the ability to blackout the room with the shade and curtain.
Negatives:
Why is there a soap dish at the bathroom sink, but no soap and no makeup wipes? Definitely no frills. The bed was not super comfortable and I wished there were more pillows.

My wife checked us as I was in an appointment.
He informed her that she would have to pay for the two night stay plus a $100 incidental deposit even though the room was prepaid.
He also rudely showed up at our door a few minutes before checkout to make sure we were checking out.

Positives:
Great location in a safe new part of town. Easy access to little and big cottonwood canyon—35 minutes to snowbird when there’s no traffic. Nice hot breakfast with waffles, hot oatmeal, assorted cereals and juice, and hot chocolate station with all of the toppings minus whipped cream. Fancy ice water with fruit and herbs. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Easy checkin and ability to pick my room virtually . Nice small gym and work stations.
Negatives:
Pool was very very cold. No hot tub or sauna. Side trash can on outside of building was full of dog poop and clearly not serviced recently. No vegetarian breakfast sandwich options. Coffee was very weak and the hot water for hot chocolate was often lukewarm.
