Positives:
Nothing. I pulled into the parking lot and it was a safety issue. The lot had 10-20 people wandering around intoxicated on street drugs. It was unsafe and frankly a legal issue. I did not stay and left immediately. I was with my 19 yo daughter, a college student. I asked for a refund and was denied so I paid for a two night stay and never stayed. False advertising and unfair for sure.
Negatives:
Doors to the outside and property engulfed by loitering intoxicated homeless population. Very scary for a Mom and her daughter. If you are drug seeking however, might be a great place to stay but that isn’t my scene at all.

Absolutely horrible. Lots of people hanging around, the pictures don’t look anything like what you get! Shady characters. Drug deals. Had someone knocking on our door at like 2 am. Room smelled heavily of cigarettes even tho it’s “non smoking”
