Our room was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
For our one night stay it was fine, but I would avoid for longer trips. The property is pretty run down and needs a lot of maintenance work and remodeling. Everything is worn and dingy. There are holes in the walls and bathroom door, peeling wallpaper, sink wouldn’t drain, carpet needs replaced.

Clean & well-supplied room & location was convenient. Employee who checked me out in a.m. was pleasant & helpful.
Negatives:
Bedding was uncomfortable, too tightly tucked.
Gentleman who checked me into my room was not especially helpful when I asked questions about the "deposit" they collect at check in. Offered only a minimum, rather cold response. Didn't direct me to my room or suggest where I could park. I felt like an anannoyance rather than a paying guest.
Clock in room not working so couldn't set alarm for early appt.
Guests in room above mine had TV on all night & were walking around in their room. I got NO sleep at all from time I checked in until I checked out. I finally got up & checked out at 4 a.m.

The building is worn. Room is OK for 1 person, not 2. Had to get pass key redone twice. Once the pass key worked but the door latch didn’t; took staff 10-15 minutes to get me back in

It smelled like pot at one point during the night. I don’t know if the hotel is 420 friendly, but it interrupted my sleep a bit.
