Absolutely gross. Stains everywhere. Elevator permanently out of service. Room smelled terrible, literally like someone died. Stains on floors, walls, and splatter stains on ceiling. Halls are dark to hide the filth. Stairwell Stinks.

The rooms smell really bad and I'm not happy that every time I go to a hotel I'm charged $150 deposit and then it takes several weeks to get it back.

The shower made a horrible noise, other guests were slamming doors all night. The hotel is very strict with towels. It's not a fancy 5 star hotel and I wasn't expecting that, so for the price it was fine. Fix the shower, maybe update the nasty carpet.

No bath plug again.Bathroom fan didnt work. Needs to be upgraded or at least have the staff check that all the facilities are working and present. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in.
