Positives: Not much!! The clerk was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be staying there again. Pool and hot tub were dirty, had scum on sides.
Negatives: The front desk clerk was rude and seemed put out if I asked her any questions or for help with anything.

Negatives: No bath plug again.Bathroom fan didnt work. Needs to be upgraded or at least have the staff check that all the facilities are working and present. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in.
