After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2024-12-01 11:59 PM. If cancelled after 2024-12-02 12:00 AM, 19 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after 2024-12-04 12:00 AM.

Negatives: AC leaked in the room, at first the phone did not work, once the phone was fixed the front desk did not answer the phone for us to tell them about the bathroom sink not draining. Had to make another trip to the front desk. Having no breakfast was also a disappointment. The hot tub being closed was a disappointment. Having to pay for parking our car was also another disappointment. It was off season and plenty of parking was available. For the price of the room the parking charge seemed unreasonable.

Positives: Location was PERFECT! Was nice to be able to park close to room. Decor of room was very cozy and earthy. Shower was hot and good flow. Bed was really comfy.

Negatives: The air conditioning unit was kicking on and off all night. Didn’t affect us but for light sleepers it might!?
