The staff was unprofessional. There was a power outage in the hotel. I went down to the lobby to ask if they had any updates of when the power possibly could return and the front desk person was not polite at all. The person seem frustrated and spoke to us rudely. Instead of caring for the guests in the hotel it looked like he didn’t care at all for us. They didn’t have any lamps or anything help us. The power returned back around 3 in the morning, when my family and I went downstairs to eat breakfast there was a sign that said they weren’t going to offering breakfast due to the power outage! I got frustrated because the power returned way before and they didn’t even offered anything for breakfast! Why am I paying for a hotel that will charge extra for breakfast when they are not going to be offering anything that seems ridiculous! Many of the guests were frustrated and disappointed of the service the hotel offered! My family and I didn’t like the experience we hate at this hotel we haven’t had a problem before in this hotel but after this experience we will definitely not be staying here again!
