Everything was fairly clean. The person that cleaned the room did as good of job as they could

The room had leaks, and the walls were even bubbled in places. The walls were pretty gross under the bathroom sink. It's just old and crappy. 2 weeks ago, we stayed in a different building, and it was much better, but this pet friendly place sticks the pets in the crappy rooms that are not worth the money.

The buildings are not attached and the security lock on the outside of the door was broken. It was just a bit older and worn.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee in the lobby and breakfast area was really good. Rooms were very clean and the location is great. I need pet friendly so this a a good place.

The staff were nice and the location was good.

We’ve stayed here before so we knew what to expect. It really was okay the rooms and towels were clean and ready. The complementary breakfast is very weak and limited compared to other places we’ve stayed at, but all in all this place is okay.

the facilities were very old and made a horrible sound whenever somebody took a shower, the sink was broken, some of the lights didn't work.

Close to the freeway.
Negatives:
Staff wasn’t friendly. There was old socks under the table. Looked like the house keeper was not paying close attention to detailing. The room had a bad odor. There were stains on the carpet. The shower faucet was difficult to manage. No instructions from staff how to turn on aircon and shower faucet. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Bagels were cold and hard, more hot options could be made to upgrade the breakfast. Poor communication from front staff. Maybe a little bit of communication and smile would have turned things around. The front staff looked like they didn’t enjoy working there. All of this is just our opinion and observations.
