Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful
Negatives:
The beds are terrible. The sofa bed mattress completely flattened when laying on. You could feel every spring and bolt in the frame. Staff did bring a mattress topper and several blankets which did not help much at all.

Breakfasts was very good. I like the option of having a happy hour. It is also nice to have a restaurant in hotel.

The billing, its a pain when doing a expense report.

Positives:
The staff for both the hotel and restaurant are top notch and always available to help. Excellent food choices are offered by the hotel restaurant thus making it an easy decision to remain on site as opposed to venturing out and dealing with traffic.
Negatives:
The sofa in my suite has exceeded it's life and needs to be replaced as the cushions are frayed and no longer able to support any weight. I experienced the same issue in another suite the last time I stayed at this hotel last year.

Definitely not a four star hotel. Too old and dirty . The lobby is the only better kept place. As you walk off the elevator you are greeted by a dirty stained set of chairs that match the dirty stained carpet. In the room the sofas where so old and stained they had material hanging at bottom. We felt dirty placing our bags on them. The bed, smelled of dirty man hair, specially the pillows. We asked to be moved and the second place was cleaner, but same feeling. I wish I would have taken good pictures to show. We were told that what happens is that booking gets the worst rooms, but we have stayed in four star hotels before, this is definitely not a four star hotel.
