The location was ideal.
Negatives:
After walking into my room, I noticed a strong unknown odor that eventually gave me a headache.
When I attempted to call the front desk to report the smell, I discovered the phone wasnt working. I walked down and reported it but was told they would look into it after my stay.
Also, rooms should have been discounted due to active remodeling in the lobby.

It was a beautiful room with the lovely kitchen. I loved the room itself. The views were beautiful of the park across the way and the large body of water. It was all very relaxing and I felt very safe and secure and would totally recommend this to anyone

The front desk girls were nice and housekeeping was very friendly
Negatives:
We had no internet the 5 weeks stay, it took days for maintenance to fix issues, no bathroom light for 3 days, flickering hall light took days to fix. The breakfast food expired more than once. Didnt get refund we were promised
