bed was amazing. pool and hot tub was nice the kids loved it. close to downtown Burlington. not far from Vermont Teddy Bear Company. Must see the Teddy Bears. also only 30 mins from Ben and Jerry's factory.
Negatives:
housekeeping never came to the room my entire stay. has to ask front desk for more towels. had to leave a day early from original planed and was told I could not get a refund for my last night that I did not use.

Positives:
The hall had a really stale smell but our room smelled pretty clean. The hotel was pretty dated and was too expensive in our opinion. It was the second most expensive hotel on our trip of 5000 miles. We were really only there to sleep and three out of the 4 of us had breakfast. The breakfast was ok but not what we expected for almost $300 for the night. The staff was nice and the pool looked really clean but we were not there early enough to use it.

Property was run down and not up kept- the phone in room had no cord ; so could not easily call front desk- clock radio broken and held together with scotch tape ; no toilet paper or tissues - hallway walls were dirty - additionally the hotel was very overpriced - over $400 for 1 night

Too expensive for the mediocre...

We liked the location and ease of getting to and from the Motel.
Negatives:
The insulation between the first and second floors is terrible. First night there, it sounded like the Guests above Our room were Bowling or just pacing and stomping around an excessive amount of the evening. Next two nights were relatively quiet and then the Final night, back to the Room above us being constantly moving, stomping around. The Guest must have walked from one end of that room to the other more than We did the entire four day Stay. Worse since We had to wake up at 3AM to make Our Flight. Second floor Guests were still walking around noisily at 2AM, was an awful nights sleep prior to leaving.

Negatives:
Upon entry the assistant was in a heated discussion with another person. Not sure of all that was going on but got the idea lady was having a problem with Expedia and the hotel. Customer asked repeatedly to speak with the manager! She was put off repeatedly with lame excuses.
Assistant helped me but she was not focused, dealing with unhappy customer and on the phone also!

A good last-minute find.
Positives:
After an hour finally got 2 queen bed. Room was adaquate.
Negatives:
The whole system was down and no way to bring up my already paid 2 Queen size non- smoking room. Gave us a king size on ground level with smokers next door. Went back to office and explained problem and a room somehow was made available but not without waiting again while room was made ready. Under the circumstances your staff was frazzled but pleasant. I have asthma so non smoking important but so is cleaning fragrances and it was heavy scented. Not knowing this was a busy time and paying $428.00 for a less than pleasant room did not make for a nice start to a short weekend. The facility appearance is tired.
