Positives:
The staff was friendly and let me into my room early.
Negatives:
The room was grossly overpriced and one of the worse places I have ever stayed. The stale cigarette smoke did nothing to cover the mildew smells. This experience goes down as one of the worse places Ive ever stayed, and made so much worse by the outrageous price tags. Coffee was terrible, and the breakfast was nonexistent or inedible. I would have expected this quality at a MUCH lower price tag.

Location was great, easy access to Burlington & Shelburne. Enjoyed having a balcony!
Negatives:
Some room facilities weren't working (lamp, internal door lock). Door to room wouldn't close properly (had to forcibly pulled to latch). If parking up front was filled (limited parking), had to park in back, but there was no easy access from back lot to our room (had to walk around various parts of facility). Had to move microwave (not close to an outlet). All the room lighting was different (different lightbulbs), and room was dark in general. Fridge in room was set too cold, froze our drinks and food. Breakfast equipment not working properly (pancake maker, waffle maker, etc).
