Negatives:
TV did not work well at all - only received a couple of stations which I don't watch. All others kept saying "no signal." Remote did ot work either. When I reported it first afternoon, front desk said they couldn't look at it that day, would have to wait until next day. When I arrived back for 2nd night, I found no one had done anything to repair the situation or leave a message for me. Front desk personnel indifferent to this situation. Also, all of the staff I ran into were unfriendly or sour.
Bed was okay; I like a really firm mattress - this was just so-so.
Price for this type of quality - if you can call it quality was way too much, compared to other motels/hotels in the area. I would not call this a Quality Inn and am very sorry that it was listed on Booking.com and that I booked it. Will stay elsewhere in Shelburne-Burlington area when I return next year.

Disappointing
Positives:
the location is favorable to our son's school, restaurants, trails and shops. the AC was great bc the sun heated up the hallway something terrible. we arrived early (as notified), but took a walk since our rooms weren't ready - rooms ready when we got back.
Negatives:
we couldn't locate the ice machine. the tap water tasted terrible. there were no USB ports for charging our phones/devices. the plugs on the lamps only worked when the lamps were switched on. the drawers kept popping out when opened.

Dated motel, staff working miracles
Positives:
Had someone upstairs walking or running across floor all night. We were only there for 7 hours. Easy access to airport. Found easily in dark coming in. Only negative was the carpet was very dirty, sticky, and gross. Had to wash my feet after showering before I put my shoes on. Price was way over inflated for leaf season which was ridiculous but this price was more reasonable than most. Price gauging at its best. Overall. A good place to sleep before an early flight next morning.
