Hotel customer service representative gave us wrong time for pool hours. That ruined a plan for kids on arrival. Told to come out of pool room when getting there.

The hotel is located in close proximity to Metro train to Washington,DC. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in we were greeted by Diamond who was very helpful and friendly. The evening reception and daily breakfasts were good

Rooms were very nice, comfortable, and large enough to spread out. We traveled with our dogs and the hotel was very pet friendly and had information on where to walk pets, signage, etc.

There was a lot of noise from large school groups traveling, but overall it didnt bother us too much and the noise level seemed to quiet down by 11pm.

The room temperature was too cold. Despite trying the temperature never went above 64 degrees. Cold air came out all night.

Overall from check in to check out. The guy who checked in was so professional and kind. He offered the snacks hour since we don't drink during happy hour. The guy in the morning extend our check out time from 12pm to 12:45PM because of our event.

It was clean, lots of space in the room. Staff very friendly. Having the Metro station right across the street was great! Lots of families enjoying their stay!
