Negatives:
Cheque in room key didn't work have to go to counter 3 times. 2 day before cheque out staff went to roo/7:30 am thel us we had to check out that day. It was a mistake the manager enter wrong date on check in.They even deactivated the rooms keys.

This property needs some improvements such as new countertops on the vanity and invest in new towels, washcloths etc. Especially for the price that your customers are paying.

Free parking and reasonable pet fee. The room was very clean albeit spartan. Hall and common areas could have used better cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful when they could be found.

Hard to find staff when needed - it took us phoning around for 10 min to get staff to come check us in. No trash bin, even when requested twice, common areas need cleaning more regularly.

Hotel was not clean & hallway was stinky. No picking up trash & laundry every day. Staff was not friendly. Very poor breakfast with just Oatmeal & coffee. Better, if you say no breakfast! Overall not what I expected from Extended Stay

"Breakfast" was coffee and granola bars... Fleas in the bed. We left early and got a full refund.
