The room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Also the TV didn't work and the staff, while not necessarily rude, definitely weren't friendly.

Positives:
It was the convenience for my family and me. We needed something temporary and close to the highway and this fit the bill. It was a plus as this hotel has a small kitchen in which I was looking for and our fur baby could also come with us. I definitely will stay here again if needed.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the only thing I can thing of that I wished they had was ice machines. I'm not one for the amenities as this was not what I was looking for but to have ice machines would be a nice added touch.

Male office worker acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to give me cooking supplies on day 2 of our stay. He said we couldn't get them on our first evening there when I asked. Then he couldn't find enough cooking supplies for me to use, and this was a big reason why I choose this hotel for my family so I could cook dinner there daily. There is no can opener provided either. Breakfast was very disappointing. I expected more than just oatmeal, coffee, mini muffins and Nutragrain bars daily. I thought there might be cereal, juice and milk in addition at least. Our room needed some cosmetic updates. Red nail polish all over the carpet, flooring coming up in the bathroom, and missing laminate on the countertops.
