The room and bathroom smelled like urine and the nightstand was broken the drawer and stay closed so they put us in a new room the next morning we got in the room. There was begging the whole time due to them remodeling the rooms around us. We were not notified about this from the staff when they gave us the room so we didn’t get any rest, the fire alarm went off twice once at 8:45 PM and again at 1 AM we can ask from sleep. There is no fire department told us it was due to a faulty system. Finally getting back to sleep around 3 AM We was woken up by the banging again at 7 AM when brought to the hotels attention there was no compensation or explanation on why we wasn’t informed about the remodeling when they put us on that floor or explanation why the fire alarm kept coming off

They decided to have a fire drill twice and said it’s protocol ! I did not sign up to be their test dummy for the fire alarm that kept going off. $200 gone no sleep and 0 help from the property.
They also have resident cockroaches outside the doors

What I didn't like about us they over charge me for rooms and made my bank account over drawn in the negative. If you stay there check your bill and make sure they didn't over charge you for your stay. I will never book a room at this place again my life time. The people they have there is cheating people on their bill.

I asked the lady at the front desk for a Q-tip and she said she did not know if the hotel store sold any. I asked what about Housekeeping and she said no. I see signs throughout the hotel to ask for what I needed to be happy. Q-tips are not part of that offer?

The property was clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the reception staff…..Mimi Burke, Miss Naheed, and Mr Alexander. They were patient and caring.
