Location was excellent. Staff was helpful, but didnt know a whole lot about the area. We wouldve liked to of had coffee service every morning, and also filtered water for no charge. Telephone was not functioning and there could be more outlets for charging laptops, etc. N

Great location in Old Town Alexandria, VA
Positives:
Everything was excellent. The staff greeted me warmly. I was able to bring my beagle dog. The room was fresh and comfortable. I loved the lounge with books and the light breakfast included the best granola I have ever had, with yogurt and croissants.

The fire alarm went on twice ,so we left 3:00 in the morning to go home.all our plan changed. it ruined our vacation.
